How It Works

Our Year at a Glance chart shows the total volume of solar installed each month. The numbers represent the systems installed under the Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) program, covering installations up to 100kW in size.

By default, you’ll see the latest data for the current year, 2025. We update the figures daily, so the information you see is always as up-to-date as possible.

Filter by Year

Want to explore past years? You can easily filter the results by year, going all the way back to 2015. This feature allows you to compare year-on-year solar growth, spot seasonal trends, and see how Australia’s solar industry has evolved over time.
